Position: Dispatch Coordinator
Location: VADODARA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate documentation, vehicle planning, and smooth communication between the warehouse, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of materials from the warehouse.
- Monitor dispatch status and update customers and internal departments accordingly.
- Maintain dispatch records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and delivery delays.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores,



and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Verify material quantities and documentation before dispatch.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
