Key Responsibilities Teach Commerce subjects to senior secondary students. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials. Deliver engaging classroom instruction using modern teaching methods and digital tools. Assess student performance through tests, projects, practical work, and examinations. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams. Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and progress tracking. Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career counseling. Conduct remedial classes for weak students and enrichment activities for advanced learners. Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), school events, and departmental activities. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace. Qualifications Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com)



or equivalent. B.Ed. from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Experience teaching CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum is preferred. Skills Required Subject expertise in Commerce. Lesson planning and curriculum delivery. Student assessment and evaluation. Communication and mentoring skills. Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, and educational technology. Ability to motivate and engage students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
