Pragyavani Solutions LLP, a quick-growing Lucknow-based company specializing in CCTV Surveillance Systems, IP Networking, Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, and large-scale IT Infrastructure projects, is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 1–4 years of experience (MBA/BBA in HR or Graduate with PG Diploma in HR preferred) to handle end-to-end HR operations at our Lucknow office. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for technical (Network Engineers, CCTV Technicians, Project Engineers) and non-technical positions through job portals and institutes like Jetking, smooth onboarding & induction of new joiners, monthly attendance & payroll processing, PF/ESI/Professional Tax compliance, employee grievance handling, exit formalities, documentation (offer letters, experience letters), maintaining HR records, preparing monthly reports, and supporting performance appraisals.



The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, thorough knowledge of labour laws, proficiency in MS Office/Excel, and experience in handling blue-collar/technical field staff recruitment.
