- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transport documents, and packing lists.
- Ensure products are dispatched according to FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales teams to ensure order readiness.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch status and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement in ERP/SAP systems.
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and documentation as per pharmaceutical regulations.
- Monitor temperature-controlled shipments where applicable.
- Handle dispatch-related discrepancies, returns, and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, company SOPs,



and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support inventory audits and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences company.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
