- L3 laptop chip level reapir and Servicing
- BGA level Servicing laptop mother board
- Positive Knowledge on TAB , Laptop, Desktop Printer
- Documentation of service complaints and assigning it to the service team member.
- Document and escalate difficult issues.
- Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team.
- Assist with training of new employees within department.
Minimum Experience: 3 Years
