Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance Technician – IT Park
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works across the IT park.
- Attend daily maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical panels, water supply, drainage, doors, windows, and furniture.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards.
- Maintain service records and support smooth day-to-day facility operations with minimum downtime.
