We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process and help identify top talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Organized, skilled, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
