About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic General Management Intern who is eager to build a career in General Management. The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic General Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential professionals, consultants, and industry experts for empanelment across relevant business functions.
- Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.
- Manage the end-to-end empanelment process, including initial communication, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the empanelment database with accurate records.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with empaneled experts and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve empanelment goals and improve outreach strategies.
- Prepare reports and track empanelment progress,



contributing insights to overall process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and qualified platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
