RTO Executive is responsible for managing and executing all tasks related to vehicle registration, documentation, and statutory compliance as per RTO norms. The role ensures timely processing of registrations and smooth coordination between customers, dealership staff, and RTO authorities.

- Coordinate with RTO officials for inspections, number plate allocation, and certificate approvals.
- Collect and hand over Registration Certificates (RC), Smart Cards, and HSRP (High-Security Registration Plates) to customers on time.
- Coordinate with sales, and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely document flow before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain systematic records of all RTO submissions, acknowledgements, and receipts.
- Stay updated with the latest RTO rules, taxes, fees, and policies.




- Handle NOC, re-registration, and vehicle transfer requests as per customer or sales requirements.
- Must know four Wheeler driving (Driving license is mandatory).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
