Business Development Associate (Sales) | Pune (Baner) | Work from Office

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Monday–Saturday (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle warm inbound sales leads over phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones and spiritual products.
- Build customer trust through consultative selling.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or retail sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling high-value sales conversations.
- Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with astrology, gemstones, wellness,



or spiritual products is an added advantage.
