Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience to create visually compelling designs for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, experience designing for e-commerce and digital products, and a good understanding of AI-powered design tools. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, mobile applications, and advertising platforms.

Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce, FinTech (UPI, Wallets, Banking Applications), Mobile App Companies, Gaming Applications, Reward & Loyalty Platforms, Digital Products, or Social Media Marketing Agencies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, mobile applications, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Design banners, promotional creatives, emailers, landing page assets, app screens, icons, and branding materials.
- Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and promotional visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, product, and development teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing collateral.
- Create visually appealing creatives for e-commerce promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing.
- Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and visual assets for multiple platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.




- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:Must Have:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Good to Have:

- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe After Effects
- Blender

AI Tools Knowledge:

Candidates should have working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as:

- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Ideogram

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing Post/Banners, Branding, UI creatives, and social media designs.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with digital advertising creatives and performance marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and visual identity development.

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
