Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including planning, sourcing, and procurement of goods and services required for the organization. This role ensures timely availability of stock at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and accurate purchase records. The Purchase Executive works closely with store teams, the online sales team, and management to support smooth operations and uninterrupted supply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, source, and procure goods and services as per business requirements and timelines
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency
- Prepare, release, and manage purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery
- Coordinate with store teams, online sales teams, and management to ensure stock availability
- Track inventory levels and assist in preventing stock shortages or overstocking




- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor documentation, and order tracking
- Resolve supply, quality, or delivery-related issues with vendors
- Support cost control initiatives while maintaining product quality standards
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes
- Positive negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic purchase tracking systems
- Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-store operations is an advantage
- Prior experience handling vendors and inventory coordination

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
