- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with the warehouse team.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through online channels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.




- Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
- Maintain seller account health and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Analyze website and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for banners, creatives, and promotional content.
- Track advertising campaigns and measure ROI on digital marketing activities.
- Support business growth by identifying current online sales channels and opportunities.
