About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Algo Operator to monitor and manage our automated trading systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of algorithmic trading strategies, identifying operational issues, coordinating with technical and research teams, and maintaining high operational efficiency during market hours.

This role requires quick decision-making, strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities Trading Operations

- Monitor live algorithmic trading strategies during market hours.
- Ensure uninterrupted execution of trading algorithms.
- Verify order placement, execution status, and trade confirmations.
- Monitor system alerts, trading logs, and operational dashboards.
- Escalate trading or system-related issues immediately to the appropriate teams.

Operational Monitoring

- Perform pre-market system health checks.
- Conduct post-market trade reconciliation and reporting.
- Monitor broker connectivity, OMS/RMS status, and API performance.
- Ensure trading limits and risk parameters are functioning as configured.
- Track strategy performance and identify operational anomalies.

Data & Reporting

- Prepare daily operational reports and trading summaries.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with Research, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Assist in maintaining operational documentation and SOPs.

Risk & Compliance





- Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies and exchange regulations.
- Monitor exposure, margin utilization, and trading limits.
- Report operational discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of trading strategies and company information.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts.
- Basic understanding of APIs and trading platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in , Commerce, or BCA
- Candidates with NISM certifications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
