Responsible for the operational administration, maintenance, catalog fulfillment, and day-to-day support of core IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and foundational CMDB data. This role requires flexibility to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support major incident management and critical platform availability.
Key Responsibilities
Administer ITSM applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Management, SLA Management, and Knowledge Base.
On-Call & 24/7 Support: Participate in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation to provide L2/L3 administrative support for critical (P1/P2) incidents, system outages, and priority fulfillment issues.
Handle user administration, role assignments, group management, assignment rules, and notification updates.
Maintain CMDB/CSDM health for core IT services, including CI relationship updates and orphan record cleanups.
Build and modify standard Service Catalog items, record producers,
and Flow Designer workflows (no custom code/scripting required).
Conduct regular queue monitoring and backlog management across ITSM tickets.
Qualifications & Working Conditions
3+ years administering ServiceNow ITSM in an enterprise workplace.
Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS-ITSM preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours, weekend shifts, and 24/7 on-call rotations as scheduled.
