Court Click is a Legal Tech platform designed to simplify access to court information for litigants and lawyers. By bringing causelists, live court updates, and essential case information onto a single platform, Court Click helps users stay informed and manage legal matters more efficiently.

Job Role

We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to drive user acquisition and user growth for Court Click. The role involves contacting litigants and lawyers through company-provided leads, explaining the platform's features and plans, following up with users, addressing customer queries, resolving user concerns, and converting them into active users.

Job Responsibilities

- Contact litigants and lawyers using leads provided by the company.
- Explain Court Click's features, advantages, and plans.
- Following up with users and assisting them in choosing the most suitable Court Click plan.
- Convert leads into paying users and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential users.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and sales activities




- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.

Job Requirements

- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Multilingual communication skills are preferred. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency is required.

Good To Have

- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and performance tracking metrics (KPIs) is a plus.

Working Time: 9.30 am to 7.30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: +91-XXXXXXXXXX

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
