Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Active listening and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good typing speed (especially for chat and email support).
Eligibility
- Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
