The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events and activations, managing vendors, coordinating production, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of events and brand activations • Coordinate with vendors, fabrication partners, and logistics teams • Oversee production timelines and ensure project deadlines are met • Manage event budgets and optimize operational costs • Ensure smooth on-ground operations and execution quality • Handle manpower planning, logistics coordination, and execution schedules Preferred Background • Experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or activation agencies • Robust vendor network and operational execution capability • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
