We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate management, and modern AI-powered recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references and other recruitment channels

✅ Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

✅ Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments

✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

✅ Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels

✅ Create basic hiring creatives, WhatsApp status posts, and Instagram job posts using Canva

✅ Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

✅ Use AI tools to improve sourcing, content creation, job descriptions, and recruitment efficiency

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

✔ Basic knowledge of Recruitment and HR processes

✔ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms





✔ Basic Canva designing skills for creating job posts, social media creatives, and hiring updates

✔ Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Form and MS Office

✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setting

✔ Freshers, Graduates, and Students pursuing Graduation/Post-Graduation can apply
