Job Overview

Emversity is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Hospitality Trainer to train and mentor students pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on hospitality concepts and industry practices.
- Train students in Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service, Hotel Management, and Front Office Operations.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training sessions.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality training, teaching, or the hotel industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Practical exposure to hotel operations.
- Valuable understanding of Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service, Front Office, and Hospitality Operations.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
