Role: Gemini Enterprise Enablement Lead
Role Summary
We are looking for a Gemini Enterprise Adoption Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI capabilities. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and enable high-value AI use cases, including agentic workflows and low-code/no-code solutions.
The ideal candidate is a consultative problem-solver with solid business acumen and a working understanding of modern AI patterns (copilots, agents, automation).
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to educate stakeholders and uncover AI use cases
Work with client and Google to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact Gemini use cases
Define and drive adoption roadmap, pilots, and success metrics
Guide teams on when to use prompt-based solutions vs. agentic workflows
Support low-code/no-code AI implementations.
Collaborate with architects on solution design and governance
Drive change management, training, and user adoption programs
