- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged software solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying software applications in a production environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
