We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plant Operator to operate and monitor plant machinery, ensure smooth production, and maintain a safe and efficient working setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of machines.
- Ensure smooth production as per the production schedule.
- Identify and report equipment faults or breakdowns.
- Maintain production records and daily operating logs.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (preferred).




- Experience in operating industrial plant machinery is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
