About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who can own our online presence end to end — from running paid campaigns and improving search rankings to managing social media and publishing content on our website. You’ll be comfortable working across channels, using AI tools to work faster and smarter, and turning marketing activity into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and remarketing), optimising for ROI and lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, link building, and tracking rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage social media marketing across platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and paid social.
- Create, update, and maintain web pages and blog posts on WordPress, ensuring they’re SEO-friendly and on-brand.
- Write clear, engaging content for blogs, ad copy, social posts, email, and landing pages.
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, image and SEO tools) to support content creation, research, and campaign optimisation.
- Track, analyse,



and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform dashboards, and use insights to improve results.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Robust working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, both organic and paid.
- Proficiency with WordPress (creating and editing pages, basic familiarity with plugins).
- Excellent content writing skills with strong command of English.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content.
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Nice to Have

- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp or similar).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
