We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to help achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team to process enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM data.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, Service, and Technical teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure prompt resolution.




- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and administrative assistance.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management of all sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B sales coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
