Summary : As an Associate Manager, you will lead technical workstreams within simulation engagements while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with clients to design innovative Agent-Based Simulation solutions. You will contribute to solution architecture, delivery excellence, experimentation strategy, quality governance, and capability development within the Simulation Engineering practice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead development of Agent-Based Simulation solutions for client engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable simulation models and technical solution designs.
- Define simulation architecture, modelling approach, agent behavior logic, data inputs, and experimentation strategy.
- Ensure solution quality through validation, calibration, technical reviews, and model governance.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demos, and estimation discussions.
- Present simulation findings, scenario outcomes, insights, and recommendations to project teams and client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and establish modelling best practices.
- Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, modelling libraries, and knowledge management assets.
- Explore AI-enabled simulation techniques and support Digital Twin initiatives across industries.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills-

- 6-9 years of simulation engineering experience.
- Strong Agent-Based Simulation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AnyLogic or equivalent ABS platform.




- Python programming and data analysis capability.
- Hybrid simulation concepts including ABS, DES, and System Dynamics.
- Digital Twin fundamentals and enterprise data integration awareness.
- Agile delivery experience, consulting communication, and technical documentation.
- Ability to lead workstreams and mentor engineering teams.

Good to Have skills:

- Optimization and Operations Research.
- Reinforcement Learning and AI-enabled simulation techniques.
- Azure/AWS cloud platform exposure.
- DevOps, CI/CD, reusable simulation services, and code governance.
- PTV Vissim / Viswalk, Repast Suite, NetLogo, Mesa, GAMA, MATSim, SUMO exposure.
- Client-facing consulting and solution demonstration experience.

Tooling / Platform Exposure:

- Simulation Tools: AnyLogic, PTV Vissim / PTV Viswalk, Repast Suite, NetLogo, Mesa Python, GAMA Platform, MATSim, SUMO, Simio, FlexSim, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Data Analysis Tools: Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, SimPy, Matplotlib), R, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, scikit-learn for data preparation, experimentation, validation, and reporting.
- Digital Twin / Integration Tools: Azure/AWS, DevOps, Git, CI/CD, APIs, enterprise data connectors, IoT/real-time data streams, 3D visualization and dashboard integration.
- Domain / Operations Systems: Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, mobility, supply chain, ERP/WMS/MES context SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, Oracle WMS exposure is preferred where relevant.
- Automation Technologies: AGVs/AMRs, AS/RS, conveyors, material handling systems, mobile robots, IoT sensors, traffic/pedestrian movement systems.

Additional Info:
Bachelor s or master s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field.
Valuable to have: certifications in AnyLogic, simulation modelling, cloud, Digital Twin, Python, or data analytics.
This position is based at Bangalore or Pune.
Candidate should have minimum 6+ years of related simulation engineering experience.
