We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Sourcing Manager with an R&D; mindset to drive end-to-end product sourcing, supplier management, and new product development across our categories. You will be the bridge between our product vision and manufacturing reality — identifying the right partners, negotiating competitive terms, maintaining quality standards, and co-developing innovative products with suppliers, including those based in China and other international markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with a strong R&D; mindset to manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier relationships, and new product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in China sourcing, supplier negotiations, product development, and international procurement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Sourcing & Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers, particularly from China.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain a reliable supplier database.
- Develop alternate sourcing strategies to reduce supply risks.

New Product Development (NPD)

- Coordinate with internal teams to develop new products from concept to mass production.
- Manage product sampling, testing, and supplier approvals.
- Track NPD timelines and ensure timely product launches.
- Research new product trends, materials, and market opportunities.

Product Innovation & R&D;

- Work with suppliers on OEM/ODM and customized product development.
- Analyze competitor products and customer feedback to drive product improvements.




- Recommend product enhancements to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Quality & Compliance

- Define product specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate factory audits, third-party inspections, and pre-shipment inspections.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, CE, RoHS, and other applicable certifications.
- Drive corrective actions to reduce product defects and return rates.

International Sourcing

- Manage sourcing activities from China, including supplier communication and RFQs.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for timely imports.
- Monitor import duties, shipping costs, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers in Yiwu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and other manufacturing hubs.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in supplier sourcing and procurement.
- Hands-on experience sourcing products from China.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MOQ, Incoterms, RFQs, and international procurement.
- Understanding of product development and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of BIS, CE, RoHS, and other product compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following categories will be preferred:

- Electronics
- Home Furnishing
- Car Accessories
- Personal Care / Sexual Wellness

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Sourcing, Procurement, R&D;, or Supply Chain.
- Experience working with Alibaba, Global Sources, Made-in-China, or factory-direct sourcing is preferred.
- Experience in OEM/ODM or Private Label product development is an advantage.
