About the Role

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional home-buying experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships.

- Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs, including mandatory weekend site visits.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Coordinate with builders and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Guide clients throughout the complete buying journey, from site visit to deal closure.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate,



or a client-facing role.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Interest in real estate sales and customer relationship management.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.

- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.

- Two-wheeler or personal vehicle preferred.
