Position: Receipt QC Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5–6 years in Receipt Inspection (experience in fabricated component inspection preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform receipt inspection of bought-out components (pumps, burners, electrical items, plates, pipes, fittings, hardware, gaskets, fabricated items) as per PO, drawings, BOM, quality plans, and standards.
- Ensure material traceability and maintain inspection documentation.
- Coordinate supplier inspections, third-party inspections, and customer inspections.
- Handle inspection activities for ASME/PED coded jobs.
- Monitor supplier quality using PPM and statistical tools; drive quality improvements.
- Lead safety and 5S initiatives in stores.

Required Skills:





- Proficiency in engineering drawing reading and interpretation.
- Knowledge of ASME/PED, ISO quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in fabricated component inspection.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Weld Gauges, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of welding, NDT, ERP systems, and MS Excel/Word.
- Valuable documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
