Job Description – HR Executive (Fresher)

Position: HR Executive (Fresher)
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or any Graduate with an HR specialization
Location: Nashik
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and interview)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer letters, and joining.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements.




- Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports and daily MIS.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers with an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills (Marathi will be an added advantage).
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
