- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to software applications.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple systems to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Skilled in analyzing requirements and translating them into effective technical designs.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
