We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with aspiring contestants, designers, models, and other participants from the USA and international markets, guiding them through our pageants and events, and assisting them throughout the registration process. The role involves handling inquiries and converting leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp (WATI) while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for people are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from aspiring contestants, designers, models, and participants across the USA and other international markets.

Connect with leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp (WATI).

Guide interested applicants through eligibility, registration, and participation processes.

Build meaningful relationships with participants and provide timely assistance throughout their journey.





Follow up with inquiries to maximize registrations and participation.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Achieve monthly registration and engagement targets.

Represent the MyDream Global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.

Comfortable interacting with international participants, especially from the USA.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Solid organizational and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹11,546.41 - ₹40,943.47 per month
