Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Power Electronics
Experience: 5–7 years (Min. 3 years in leadership – Resistor Design/R&D;)
Role Summary
Lead design and development of resistor products, drive recent product development (NPD), ensure compliance with standards, and support cost optimization and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design & develop resistor products (wire wound, thick film, metal film, power resistors)
Manage end-to-end NPD lifecycle (concept to production)
