Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Projects to oversee the civil construction activities for our new feed manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects and be capable of independently managing site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction plans.
- Ensure construction quality in accordance with approved drawings and applicable standards.
- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
- Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid delays in execution.




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management and provide periodic project status updates.
- Support commissioning activities by coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or manufacturing plant construction projects.
- Experience in handling turnkey construction projects is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, industrial flooring, steel structures, and infrastructure works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of project planning, billing, estimation, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
