Position: Continental Chef Trainee / Commis Chef

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers who are interested in building a career in Continental Cuisine. Candidates will work alongside experienced chefs and receive hands-on training in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs in preparing continental dishes.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes and standard cooking procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies.
- Learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during service hours.

Eligibility





- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of continental cuisine is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
