We are a growing clear aligner company looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lab Technician to join our team. This is a dual-role position involving laboratory work and intraoral scanning of patient's teeth at partner dental clinics. The role requires regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intraoral scanning of patients for clear aligner treatment using a digital scanner.
- Travel to partner dental clinics as scheduled to complete scanning appointments.
- Assist in the preparation and handling of dental models and laboratory work related to aligner production.
- Ensure high-quality digital scans and accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with dentists and the laboratory team for smooth case processing.
- Maintain and care for scanning equipment and related materials.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.
- Complete assigned documentation and reports accurately.
Requirements
- Any Diploma or bachelor's degree.
Dental laboratory or dental assisting experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for intraoral scanning.
- Willingness to travel regularly to dental clinics.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using digital technology.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
