We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills, knowledge about the market and a passion for sales, and the ability to generate quality leads for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
Promote real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply .
Experience in real estate marketing or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.
