Job Description:

I Automated is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, lead generation, technical discussions, and sales activities for industrial automation solutions.

I Automated provides automation solutions including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Instrumentation, Control Panels, IIoT, Retrofit, AMC, and Turnkey Automation Solutions for industries such as Pharmaceutical, Water, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Paper, Steel, and Automotive.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through market research, references, and customer visits
- Identify potential industrial customers and develop new client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams for technical solutions
- Promote automation products and services to industries
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination
- Arrange customer meetings and presentations
- Prepare sales reports, lead tracking, and customer database
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills




- Robust follow-up and customer relationship skills
- Interest in technical sales and industrial automation
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development

Preferred Knowledge:

- Industrial Automation Products & Solutions
- PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Instrumentation
- Control Panel and Electrical Automation
- Technical Sales / B2B Sales
- Lead Generation and Customer Management

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field
- MBA Marketing candidates can also apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
