Job Title : Dispatch Assistant
Location: Dahej
Qualification: BCOM/BBA

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare all dispatch-related documents, including Invoices, Delivery Challans (DC), Packing Lists, and E-Way bills.
- Ensure strict compliance with transport regulations, especially regarding the movement of industrial/chemical goods.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital logs of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.

2. Loading & Material Verification

- Verify that the physical quantity, batch numbers, and packaging of goods match the sales orders and invoices before loading.
- Oversee the secure loading of materials into trucks/containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing of cargo.
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance (e.g., checking for fitness certificates, driver licenses, and proper safety gear/TREM cards if handling chemicals).

3. Logistics Coordination





- Coordinate with approved transporters and freight forwarders to ensure timely vehicle placement at the plant.
- Follow up on transit status and provide real-time tracking updates to the sales and customer service teams.
- Assist in resolving any transit delays or issues that arise during delivery.

4. Inventory & System Management

- Update dispatch entries in the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, or internal software) immediately upon vehicle departure.
- Assist the warehouse team in monthly stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.
