We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller with prior experience in the Education/EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling inquiries for educational courses, counselling students, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with prospective students from provided leads.
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, fees, schedules, and benefits.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Coordinate with the admissions and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Experience selling or counselling for online educational courses is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
