Job Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the Project Manager and giving regular updates about the projects.
- Regular communication with the SEO & SEM team to implement the changes suggested by them.
- Regular communication with Creative team for the images, icons of the website
- Perform all the research about the themes, plugins as per the client’s requirements & brand guidelines.
- Making the structure of the entire website as per the user experience.
- Creating current pages in wordpress with proper url structure.
- Creation of clean, logical, well-documented, and re-usable code for the landing pages & static html websites.
- Optimize all the pages as per the google pagespeed & GTMetrix.
- Perform necessary steps to manage the loading speed in 3-5 seconds.
- Perform all the necessary steps for the on page optimization SEO features.
- Perform all the necessary steps to make the website live.
- Perform all the necessary steps for the security of the website.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser & cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them with the help of the latest tools.
- Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Communicate continually with the project manager and project teams and explain progress on the development effort.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to a user interface or new technologies.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Strong knowledge of Linux Server & familiar with handling cpanel
- Strong knowledge of database technologies like SQL, MySQL etc.
- Basic knowledge of of Javascript & jQuery
- Basic knowledge of PHP
- HTML to WordPress conversion OR WordPress theme development will be an added advantage.
- Plugin development & customization will be an added advantage
- Contact form API integration with the CRM or LMS will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure etc. will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of version control tools like Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc. will be an added advantage
