We are looking for a skilled and dedicated AC Technician to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort and efficient resort operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of AC systems
- Maintain service records and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Eligibility
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance (hotel or resort experience preferred)
- Knowledge of VRV/VRF, split ACs, package units, chillers and refrigeration systems
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
