HR Recruiter – Sonipat
Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with departments
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
- Positive communication and coordination skills required
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in recruitment and hiring
- Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Immediate joiners preferred
