Hostelwala is looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostels in Nagpur. Freshers with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with wardens, housekeeping, security, and kitchen teams.
- Ensure timely food distribution from the central kitchen to all hostels.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure a positive student experience.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for efficient hostel management.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
