Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate accurate quotations in coordination with the design, estimation, and sales teams.
- Attend to inquiries received through the website, email, phone calls, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, proposals, and customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and quotations to support business conversion.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and tender documentation.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and qualified service.
- Prepare periodic reports on inquiries, quotations, and sales pipeline activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, estimation, or customer service, preferably in the PEB, steel structure, construction, or industrial manufacturing sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
