Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance & Control: Develop and implement inspection processes for fabricated components (metal, composites, plastics, etc.).
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO, ASME, or industry-specific standards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate defects, lead corrective/preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier Quality Management: Audit and qualify vendors, ensuring raw materials meet specifications.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to reduce waste, improve tolerances, and enhance efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain quality records, inspection reports,



and compliance certifications.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, machining, sheet metal, casting).
- Proficiency with quality tools (Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D problem-solving).
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Leadership in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on shop floor experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
