Job Title: F&B; Service Associate / Waiter

We are looking for a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B; team. Your main goal will be to provide high-quality service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will handle everything from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Order Taking: Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serving: Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel standards.
- Table Maintenance: Arrange table settings and maintain a clean and tidy dining area at all times.
- Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
- Billing: Prepare bills and handle payments (cash/cards) accurately.
- Upselling: Suggest appetizers, desserts, or signature drinks to increase sales.





Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter or Server (Freshers with hospitality diplomas can also apply).
- Communication: Good command of English and Hindi to interact with diverse guests.
- Appearance: Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours.
- Soft Skills: Polite, patient, and able to handle stressful situations with a smile.
- Education: High school diploma or a degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
