We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales professionals who can drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert enquiries into successful orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Coordinate with Procurement,



Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely order updates.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Tele Sales, or Steel/Building Materials industry.
- Prior experience in handling industrial, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure customers will be an added advantage.
