- Analyze the industrial automation project work flow and create BOM.
- Selection of electrical components such as PLC , sensor, HMI, drives etc.
- Prepare logics for PLC programming & develop HMI programming.(Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron)
- Electrical Control Panel wiring and Program integration with machine
- Customer site Installation and trial.
- Project schedule & track towards completion of the project.
- Troubleshoot issues with servo drives, motors, and other related equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers on programmable logic controller (PLC) programming.
