We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to manage the admissions process for our play school. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective parents, handling admission enquiries, maintaining admission records, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online admission enquiries.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents.
- Follow up with prospective families to maximize admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and databases.
- Coordinate with the school administration for documentation and enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Prepare admission reports and MIS as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Support admission-related events and promotional activities.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, preferably in a school, preschool, or educational institution.
- Professional communication and grooming.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
